Before contacting Flight Explorer for support, please check Help for answers to your questions. If you are unable to find the answer, Flight Explorer provides a number of additional support options based on your subscription level, including web, e-mail and phone based support. Please use Support / Contact on the Main toolbar, CTRL +S, or Submit Support Request / Feedback on the Help menu, to find out what forms of technical support are available for your subscription level.
