Constraints List window

To open the Constraints List

  1. In the Home tab, click Constraints List .
    The Constraints List window Closedappearsappears.

Reroute Advisories

You can sort the Reroute Advisories by clicking the heading of each column. To reverse the order, click again. The last sort order is retained when the Constraints List is closed and then re-opened, as well as, when the application is restarted. The default sort order is descending and determined by need in the Action column.

Right-click any advisory to open the short-cut menu.

Item

Description

Adv#

FAA advisory number.

Type

Type of advisory.

Cat

Category of the advisory.

Most common categories you can see are:

Rte - Route

FCA - Flow Constrained Area

FEA - Flow Evaluation Area.

Action

Action of the advisory indicating whether you need to take action or not. Possible actions you may see include:

  • Rqd - required
  • Rmd - recommended
  • FYI - for your information
  • Pln - planned
  • Unk - unknown

Status

Status of the advisory. The status will either be Active (Act) or Planned (Plnd).

Method

Method of the advisory. The method could be:

  • ETD
  • ETA
  • FCA

Conf

Number of conformant flights affected by the constraints

Non-Conf

Number of non-conformant flights affected by the constraints.

Routes

Number of Routes affected by the constraints.

Reroute name

Name of the re-route flight.

Airport Delays

Airport Delays can be sorted by clicking the heading of each column and clicking again to reverse the order. The last sort order is retained when the Constraints List is closed and re-opened and when the application is restarted. The default sort order is descending and determined by the severity level (most severe to least) within the Type column. Click the heading to reverse the order.

Type

Type of airport delay. Possible delays you may see include:

  • Ground
  • Closure
  • Stop
  • Ground Delay
  • Departure Delay
  • Arrival Delay

Reason

Reason for the delay

Start

Start date and time of the delay.

End

End date and time of the delay.

Flights

Number of flights affected by the delay from you My Fleet list.

FCAs/FEAs

Flight Constrained Areas (FCAs) and Flight Evaluation Areas (FEAs) can be sorted by clicking the heading of each column and clicking again to reverse the order. The last sort order is retained when the Constraints List is closed and then re-opened, as well as, when the application is restarted. The default sort order is descending and determined by the airspace level status within the Type column.

Name of the FCA or FEA

Type

Type of the FCA or FEA.

These levels include:

  • FCA (AFP can include FSM eligible)
  • FCA (FSM eligible without AFP)
  • FCA (extended FEA)
  • FCA
  • FEA (FSM eligible, can include extended)
  • FEA (extended FEA)
  • FEA

Reason

Reason for either the FCA or FEA.

Start

Start date and time of the FCA or FEA.

End

End date and time of the FCA or FEA.

Altitude

Altitude the FCA or FEA affects.

Flights

Number of flights affected by the FCA or FEA in your My Fleet list.
