Event Manager Email Settings Advanced E-mail settings

You can use the Advanced e-mail settings window to add up to five email addresses to receive alerts. You can also specify which email will receive alerts based on the monitor setting.

Item	Description
To address	The email addresses you would like to have receive alerts.
Include extended fields in taxi time alert	Indicates that you want to include extended data in the taxi time email alert: Origin/Dest Tail # Aircraft type Arriving or departing Out / On time The event triggers any time the taxi time monitor threshold crosses one of the four defined thresholds, similar to Airport Monitor.
Taxi alert origin/dest	Indicates how you want to send the taxi alert for the origin and destination: As filed FAA/ICAO ICAO IATA You can use Taxi alert origin/dest radio buttons only after you select Include extended fields in taxi time alert check box.
Info	Indicates that you want this address to receive email alerts based on the Info monitor setting.
Warn	Indicates that you want the address to receive email alerts based on the Warn monitor setting.
Watch	Indicates that you want the address to receive email alerts based on the Watch monitor setting.
Critical	Indicates that you want the address to receive email alerts based on the Critical monitor setting.
Other	Indicates that you want the address to receive email alerts not associated with a monitor status, those that you set in Event/alert manager.
