Event List
Click to see the Event List
The Event List, located to the left of the Display Area, lists aircraft and events that are selected in the Event Manager such as: aircraft ID, event type, departure and arrival airport, departure and arrival times, and the date and time that the event occurred. The Event List is only visible when active in Desktop Options or the window menu.

The name of the event (i.e. departed, arrived, etc.)

Status
|
Shows the status of the report.
|
|
Subject
|
Object causing the event (i.e.ircraft ID, weather product, etc.)

Details
|
Additional information about this event (i.e. origin/destination, EDT / ETA, ETA change, etc.)
|
|
Delete
|
Delete a flight entry by clicking the X box.
|
|
Acknowledge Box
|
Appears to the right of an event,as a check mark, when selected in the Event Manager. Unacknowledged events appear at the top of the event list. Clicking the acknowledge box moves the event to its proper chronological position in the event list.

Date and Time
|
Date and time the event occurred.
|
Event List Options
The Options button at top right of the Event List, opens a window to allow the user access to flight alert settings. Clicking an event, listed
in the Event List, causes the map window display to Go To that particular flight and highlight it for approximately 10-seconds.

Event Manager (Ctrl + E)

Click to open the Event Manager.

Aircraft Selection Profiles
|
Click to open Aircraft Selection Profiles window.

Enable Event List
|
Turns the Event List on and off.
|
|
Enable Voice
|
Turns voice on and off.
|
|
Enable E-mail
|
Turns e-mail on and off.
|
|
Enable Sound/WAV
|
Turns sound on and off.
|
|
Enable Plane/Airport Zoom
|
Turns zooming on and off.
|
|
Enable Plane Tag
|
Turns the plane tag on and off.
|
|
Enable Plane Marker
|
Turns the plane marker on and off.
|
|
Enable Plane Color
|
Turns the plane color on and off.
|
|
Clear
Event List (Ctrl + Z)
|
Clears all entries in the Event List.
|
|
Clear all events not requiring acknowledgment
|
Clears all entries in the Event List not requiring acknowledgment
|
|
Acknowledge All
|
Some events are marked as requiring acknowledgment. Such events will have an individual close button. Using Acknowledge All closes all events at the same time.

Help
|
Opens online Help.
|

Close Event List Window
|
Closes the Event List window. To reopen the window, go to the Tools menu -> Options -> Desktop tab, or the Window menu.
